This document governs the use of the website www.usecoral.com and the services offered by Elemente, including interior design consultancy, selection of materials and finishes, as well as the delivery of related products. Services are provided exclusively to natural and legal persons with full legal capacity.
The user undertakes to provide accurate and complete information upon registration, not to infringe upon Elemente's intellectual property rights, and not to use the website for illegal or fraudulent purposes. Any attempt to disrupt the platform's operation will incur civil and criminal liability under Romanian law.
Elemente assumes no liability for indirect damages, loss of profits, or business interruptions caused by improper use of the services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. The user is responsible for the security of their own access data.
All prices are expressed in lei (RON) and include VAT. Payments are made in full before delivery, and returns are accepted within 14 calendar days for undamaged products. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically, with the possibility of cancellation at any time without penalties.
Elemente reserves the right to suspend or terminate the user's access in the event of a serious breach of the terms, including providing false data or abusive use of services. The user may request account deletion at any time, and data will be removed within 30 days.
